THE HAPPENING
a tad freaky. i have this liking for m night shayamalan movies... cuz they are always interesting yet freaky at some point...some of his other productions are like, sixth sense, the sign, lady in the water... but this one.. is really really gross at some point.. watch it if u can take gore..(a little..) not 4 the faint hearted.. cuz there's like some kinda weird happenings... but... graphics are majorly fantastic.. basic storyline... a certain gas is in the air in nort east america, and people start hallucinating and start finding any possible way of killing themselves... freaky ehh? anyways... im not spoiling anything, cuz the whole starting is bout it.... yeah...

just got back frm camp yesterday.. arbish... so tired.. but PRAISE GOD! He gave me strength to go 4 youth, prepare 4 worship and all that:)))))

choir camp was uber loads of fun
we watched this show, les choristes. it was AWESOME! love jean baptiste maunier..heheh..
oo wells.. was gr8 to see all the gals who were not at church camp.. VVN- victoria, vivien and nicole:D
plus it was gr8 to see loads of new faces today...

camps camps and more camps...

okay... in these 2 weeks, i've been attending 2 camps so far... tomorrow.. or today... is gnna be my third... sheesh... IM SO POOFED!!!

anyways.. today was stuck to FFX.. trying to complete the game. arnd 6.30 got called to bishan;J8 to catch a movie... GET SMART!! hehe.. the show was absolutely HILARIOUS!! but im not going to spoil it 4 those of u who wanna watch it^^
while waiting 4 the movie to start, bought 33miles album.. it seemed nice.. and IT IS!!
okay, 4 those of u who are looking 4 christian music.. come look 4 me:D:D. I GOT LOADS! i got slow worship songs, ministering songs, christian contemporary(not 4 worship),up beat songs, songs that put u to slp... i got them all:D:D and really.. 4 my bros and sisters out there... if ur looking for comfort in secular songs, trust me.. you'll never find it there... been there, done that.. IT DOESNT WORK.. it just makes u feel more trapped in your emotions... YUP!

anyway... i gtta get packng.. boohooT_T i havent started... sigh... LETS GET CRACKING!!

CHURCH CAMP

Chruch camp was a blast!!
met loads loads of neww peeps!
like its just been a day and i miss them alr!!
The gals...yao ting! zhen! Valerie! Rebecca! and 1 more guy friend!! keith!!
Really Praise God! He just lifted all my burdens during this camp. Like i just feel so free again! actually b4 this camp.. i really burdened myself with loads of issues.. and i was also very burnt out.. by sch, serving God and stuff... But i really Thank God that during this advance, he recharged my batteries, and im ready to GO!! WHOOOOOTS!!

Really had fun with the girls!! Good job to the Moriahite Gals! And WELCOME!! to the new gals:D really had a good time playing games, doing the "SHER BU YAH" cheer, and just having mini sharing times... PLUS!! FOOD WAS GOOOOOD!!

YEAH!! plus i hope everyone enjoyed the ice breakers!! that one was worrying.. cuz... I was totally clueless bout what games to do.(even tho im the game MASTER in youth) cuz i was actually told that we wouldnt have a proper hall, and that we had to play table games.. and i was like HARRR??? (i mean how to plan right?) so jess and i just like threw in some games like scavanger hunt, the"longest...." game, charades, and meow meow game... plus i was told i only had 40 mins... and usually all these games ended very fast... but God was soooooooooo GOOD! i played the"longest..." game... and it lasted all the 40mins
PLUS! i didnt stick to plans...hahas... supposed to start with hariest fingers... but i started with hippest dancer... and i totally FORGOT where the music was suppoed to come frm... then i saw the bongos.. and like on the spot i just randomly asked johanan to do the bongos..hahas. yep.

and i have loads of stuff to say bout church camp... but i miss it alot!! so ill stop here..haha

well just came back from choir not too long ago.. we sang kimiwo no sete... you raise me up and "ang KU KUEH"

Whoots! I'm Back from ZGM's church camp:)helped with the children's ministry. really missed the kids.. had a great time!! God was there... it was amazing how He never fails those who seek Him. Watched a vid about Nic(something something, cant rmbr his name) and i was reminded, that God doesnt necessarily ans your prayer the way you want it. sometimes, He may not even ans. But the touching thing was that God never left nick alone. Nick was born without arms and legs.. and the first thing his mum said when she saw him, was "take him away from me" but its amazing how even though he has been through so much trials, he once even got angry at God and tried to commit suicide at age 10. but he learnt that God puts us through these trials to make us better in Him. To make us stronger. and im just so touched by his testimony..

wells... now im back in SG, but not 4 long. soon gtta go back 4 church camp. Praise God that He allows me to go on the bus this year. for a few reasons^^: 1. I get to rest at home 4 one day/ 2. i get to go for choir prac!! YAY!/ 3. i get to sit on the BUS into malaysia!! for the 2nd time in my life!! WHOOTS!

Well... i really gtta thank God, cuz recently He has been bringing me songs.. all abt Grace. and thats just what i needed. to remember that through all the tiring and trying times... the Grace of God has kept me going... one of them was this song by Kathryn Scott: Grace has called my name.. its the song currently playing as my blog theme song.. so yepp^^

Went overnight cycling on friday night... till sat morning... so my clock's a wittle bit wacky now:D haha. met the gals and menshing and kenji @ bedok mrt. Teena^^ was nice to see u too:))
then made our way to parkway, then walked over to east coast. then joy and jess were all going HYPER abt korean guys and what nots.. i was travelling on a diff frequency...

we rented our bikes then had some macs 4 dinner.. then cycled along the park connector route. we started @ abt 9.45pm.. and reached changi villiage @ 11.30!! i had some nasi lemak^^ it was absolutely delicious...(btw.. if thos os starting to sound boring... its cuz im having a splitting head ache now... :( ) oh wells... maybe i should retype this post when i return from malaysia on wed..:) i'll have the whole thurs to type!! WHOOT!!

really really awfully blur now...
im like.. very very very atrociously slow... with the hurs?? and the haah?? and wot? hahas... not good.. i better get some zzzzz.....

TUESDAY:


rather uneventful... slept late previous night... but got woken up early by daddy..then followed my parents down to Great World City.... BUT!! in the taxi on the way there, suddenly this chinese song ringtone started sounding.. and i was like... "HUH"?? my parents dont use chinese songs, I DONT use chinese songs, then i was thinking"wha... cant b the uncle so HIP using chinese love songs".. then, mum picked up the phone and started speaking in chinese. i was like thinking"HUH?? mummys talking on the uncles phone for him?(okok.. its lame i know... but hey.. i was sleeeepy.. cant blame me for having tootsy thots) then she started saying that we r in the taxi and that she can collect her phone from Comfort.( i was kinda shocked.. my mum has very very good chinese.. looks like i got less of her genes..heh) THEEEN... the phone rang a few times, answered and retold the story a few times AND we finally reached Great World City! PRAISE GOD!


I ended up eating curry yong tau foo(i recently started HANKERING for this dish) and walking around.. and i felt kind weird cuz i had this green T that said THE LAW OF GRAVITY and the pic of the cleaner board.. u know.. the yellow one... and i had on jeans and slippers.. and i Dont LIKE WEARING JEANS+SLIPPERS!! BAD COMBO 4 ME!!


started game hunting...(tho i was supposed to be studying... econs on wed)walked around till i was all poofed.. then joined my parents.and we went to check out the meat specialty shops.


(that was pretty much tuesday)OH!! and i went to return my ONE MTH overdue library books... felt so guilty =_=" then ended up walking around j8... *i get distracted VERY easily*


then popped home and slept..heheh





WEDNESDAY:


Econs test!! it was okay... i think i kinda got a few pts wrong.but PRAISE GOD !! made it through.. plus in the morning, dad offered to send me to sch, but i ended up almoat late cuz mum woke up abit later, then got stuck in a jam, and by the time i reached class(which was on the 4th floor and i had to climb stairs from FIRST FLOOR!) i was absolutely poofed.. worse still, when i entered, the tutor just announced START.. and when i opened the door.. ALL EYES WERE ON ME!! SO PAI SEH!!! not to mention the fact that i was panting like a dog.(and i had on my rappers jacket.. so it was HOT!!) got to my seat, and my fingers were like trembling and my head was like throbbing through the first few questions... but Praise God i recovered quick enough to finish the paper 15 mins beforehand.*whew*


then parents were in appt, so ended up walking up and down tampines mall... sat in the food court for a good 40 mins of bible reading... then popped down to mos to get some breakfast.. then headed to grandma's house to BAO BA ZHANG! WHOOTS!!




THIS WAS THE "NUO MI" GLUTTINOUS RICE:) NOT COOKED YET.. BUT VEEEEERY STICKY..HAD LOADS OF EM ON MY HANDS(YES I WASHED MY HANDS....)

then.. stayed over @ their house 4 the night... had suuuushiiiiii!!! OISHII!!! =P

THURSDAY:
took a bus to sch from hougang 4 the FIRST TIME!! WHOOTS!! it was fun^^btw... i stay in yishun... so bus i always kinda full and i haveta stand for 30mins on a jerky bus.. but i totally enjoyed sitting throughout the journey^^

then had my POM test..Praise God, i rmbred some and forgot some.. but its passable^^
headed back to hougang.. took the mrt with ANDRINA and ALISON.. they were so funny^^
pretty entertaining... hahas.. then parted ways @ outram.. and went to hougang mall!was ordering yongtau foo with curry(yes again).. was picking my ingrediants... then this lady bumped into me... the she was like sry sry... and i found the voice familiar... but didnt really bother... so continued picking my stuff, then she oicked a few stuff too..(the stall aunty was talking to her) then realised.. she was kym ng... haha.. so funni.. she was wearing this black maid uniform thing... and she was wearing slippers... and ordering yong tau foo... then the girl infront of me was like shocked... (kym was infront of that girl) like 'waaa... got tv star' and she kept staring... so funny... and when kym got her order.. she like nodded her head at the girl..and i think she did to me too, but i was paying attn to my noodles... iwas so hungry i couldnt be bothered..hahas... smell of the curry noodles was too strong... and kym was like smiling smiling at everybody... and ppl were like staring and pointing... (i found it rather funny to watch. not kym, but the auntys all smily when they saw her.. )
quietly ate my lunch (was w my grandparents)
then headed back to their home.. plopped onto the sofa and watched AH LONG PTE LTD(cute show... kinda liked the fann wong+tom boy look..she really has the LAO DA look) after that...
fell asleep for less than 15 mins.. then had to go back home..awww....

BAF1001 and NARNIA!

Today was a whootsy day...
Praise God He got me through my Biz accting papar 1... it wasnt too bad... hope i can get at least a B :)...
finished the paper early... so i left the exam hall early... and indulged in my 700+pg WARHAMMER book....
later on.. had goodie breakfast a MACS with yee chean!! WHOOTS! its been a long time since i ate macs breakfast. plus... had a really interesting looooong talk with yee chean! it was fun!!

soon made my way to bras pasah to look at some cheap guitars... 4 my student.. below price range of 200... yet..it had to have a relatively good quality sound...didnt find much at swee lee... all the Corts were going at 500 and above... any lesser sounded absolutely terrible...
then... hopped over to the the shop opposite... whoo... the martin and co guitars were really sweet... minimun $4000... hahas... so hopped over to THEIR neighbour... who was selling TGMs... i passed by this particular one..$190. sound was not too bad either. not too muffled... pretty live... i thought that was a pretty good guitar for a beginner... good weight, martin and co strings..(explains the LIVE) good price...hahas....then, bought a pack of d'addario strings... okok.. so if u might b wondering, why d'addario and not ELIXER? one reason... ELIXER's G-string NEVER fails to fail me... hahas.. so yepp... it may be the brand.. or that particular string... that keeps snapping... so just thought i'd try another brand..

THEN.... went to PLAZA SINGAPURA...
met up with hazel... theen.... watched her eat her lunch and tell stories at pasta mania...
hahas... so funni... we ended uo not finding any nice movies to watch, and theeen... we started looking for white Ts for her. and throughout the entire period, we were going on and on abt her having cravings and beong preggy, and abt kids having rabies..=_=" funni day...
and got this greenie T that says LAW OF GRAVITY...hahas...

afterward, met my family @ AMK hub, we watched Chronicles of Narnia:Prince Caspian.
